Who can see my data?
Only the people you add to your workspace. Every workspace is isolated from every other, and each team member signs in with their own account and role: owner, admin, member or read-only viewer.
When can I sign up?
Sign-ups are not open yet. Register your interest and we will email you as soon as they are.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. You can download a full backup as a JSON file at any time, and you can cancel from your billing page without contacting anyone.
Can I bring in what I already have?
Stock and listings import from CSV or Excel files. Contacts, sales and the rest can be added by hand, and for a larger move we can load a full backup into your workspace for you.
Do I have to use Elizabeth?
No. Everything works without her. Her requests only count against your plan when you use her, and she only sees records in your own workspace.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The app adapts to phones with a bottom tab bar for your most-used pages, and works in any modern browser.
How many people can use one workspace?
Aspiring Entrepreneur includes 3 seats, Business Owner 10 and Empire 50. Invite people by email and give each one a role.
How do I cancel?
Any time. You keep read-only access to your data and can export it.
